I just wanted to send you a quick note commending your company for the great job on our warehouse office addition.

In particular, we especially appreciate the efforts of Marty Bechtel. Marty’s attention to detail, and his advocacy for us with your subs was fantastic.  We appreciate that he was attentive to the construction schedule, and kept us in the loop regarding all details. Marty was also always available to take my call, sometimes as early as 6:30 am. That is a rarity in the construction world. If he needed to get back to me with an answer, he always did within a timely manner.

Larry, your man on site; was also very good. He never hesitated when he thought we should be aware of something, and he was a very steady worker. He could have bogged-down the whole process.

Thanks again, and I have expressed our satisfaction to our leasing agent (Collier’s Int.) so that they will also keep referring their clients to you.
